Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) as well as wire transfer and Apple Pay.

In which currency will you charge me?

You will be charged in euros (EUR). Your credit card company determines the rate of exchange on the day your order was placed. The charge of your credit card statement may differ slightly from the charge shown on our website due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates or credit card company policies.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to 54 countries in Europe via DHL Express, DHL Economy and Speedex, depending on the country and the shipping method selected.

What is the shipping cost?

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/volume of your products, and your location. It will be shown to you as soon as you add your address details during checkout. You always have the chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Will you let me know when my order is dispatched?

Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding shipping company’s tracking number (DHL or Speedex). You will be informed by email of the progress of your package each step of the way, from the time of shipping until final delivery. You can also use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Can you guarantee a delivery time?

The estimated delivery time upon shipping is 1-2 work days for DHL Express, 2-6 work days for DHL Economy and 1-7 work days for Speedex, depending on destination country and shipping method (Air freight, Sea Freight, Road Freight where applicable). However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the requested delivery day. Please review our Shipping rates & policies for more details.

Where is my order and when will it be delivered?

Please check the shipping tracking information sent to you upon shipment. We will also keep you informed by email of the progress of your package(s) each step of the way from the time of shipping until final delivery.

Why do I receive some items separately?

All items are dispatched directly from our suppliers’ stock through our collaborating shipping companies. Your order, once received from us, is directly forwarded to our suppliers in order to prepare and dispatch your items, so that they get to you as soon as possible. Some items will be delivered in separate times, because our suppliers are in various locations across Greece. However, when this happens, you will be notified upon checkout, and there’s no extra shipping cost. Furthermore, you will receive a tracking number for every package that is dispatched separately.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. However, you may be able to return the products for a refund once you receive them. Please check our Return Policy on our website.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The products must be unopened and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. Please check our Return Policy on our website.

Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals, companies, etc.?

Absolutely. The reception desk will sign for the package and notify your recipient.

What happens if the recipient is not available at delivery time?

There are 2 delivery attempts for each shipment. In the event of a delivery failure, the product will be transferred to the nearest partner agency for a given period of time, within which the recipient must contact the agency and reschedule a delivery appointment. If all the attempts of delivery fail, the order will be shipped back to our providers.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Our shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends.

Do you have a shop?

No, we currently do not have any shops. You will find us exclusively online.
